Pre ordered items means that Craft Haven does not keep stocks for pre ordered items. Customers have to pre order the items and make full payment before Craft Haven will order and ship the item from overseas. The estimated lead time is about 3-4 weeks. If it is the festive season or peak period, it may take longer than expected for the overseas supplier to fulfill the order thus causing Craft Haven to delay a shipment. Orders can be tracked through our Order Tracking page. Orders will be confirmed via email. Orders will be cancelled if the minimum order quantity of the supplier cannot be met and the purchase will be duly refunded in cases where Craft Haven is unable to ship the pre ordered item. Customers will be notified by email.
