1. Items are sold in what currency?
Singapore dollars.
2. Where do you ship to?
Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, Hongkong, Taiwan, Brunei and South Korea. Please see shipping costs for more information.
3. What if I want the items to be shipped to other countries other than those stated?
4. If I have made the wrong order, can I cancel the order or return the items?
Unfortunately, once you have confirmed your order, we are unable to cancel it. Items sold are also non-returnable and non-refundable.
5. What mode of payment can I make purchases with?
You can pay by Paypal after checking out.
However, if you have a special order (e.g. bulk orders) with us via email, you will be requested to make payment with Paypal via email.
6. Is there a minimum purchase that I have to make for delivery?
There is a minimum purchase of $20 for all deliveries.
7.How do I pre-order items?
Pre-payment is necessary for pre-order items. You will add the item to your shopping cart and checkout like any other items. The only difference is that we do not have ready stocks for pre-order items. Craft Haven will order and supply these items once payment has been received for the ordered items. The shipment may take about a month. Craft Haven only allow back orders for pre-order items. You can check your order status on the Order Tracking page.

8. When will my items be delivered?
Singapore: Delivery is within 3-5 working days upon receipt of order and payment.
Overseas: Delivery is made within one to two weeks upon receipt of order and payment. Should you not receive your items after three weeks, you can contact us at orders@crafthavencrafts.com with your concerns.
Note:
1. The above shipment time frame does not apply to pre-order items which may take longer.
2. Craft Haven will not be liable for any damages or losses of items once it leaves our humble haven.
3. Special bulk orders may require a longer lead time of at least a month.
9. How do I track my order?
You can track your online order by clicking on "Order Tracking" on the sidebar on the left. Simply enter your email address and order number and you can check your shipment status.
For special orders via email, you will be notified by email. Alternatively, you can email us at orders@crafthavencrafts.comto check your shipment status.

Just let us know how you want to personalise the handmade items and if we are able to do it, we would definitely personalise it for you.
