Countries We Ship To
Currently Craft Haven ships only to selected countries. We ship locally in Singapore and to surrounding countries such as Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Brunei and South Korea.
Local Shipment Cost (applicable to Singapore)*
For purchases less than $50 there is a shipment cost (via courier) of $5.
Delivery via mail is applicable only to small items at the discretion of Craft Haven. Cost is $1.50. (registered mail: additional $2.25). Craft Haven will not be liable for lost mails.***
*** if order includes any 12x12 paper or bulky items e.g. boxes or tools, delivery charges will automatically be that of via courier.
For purchases more than $50, shipment is FREE! Either via courier or mail.
Delivery is made within 3-5 working days upon receiving the order payment(except for all pre-orders).
Overseas Shipment Cost**
The estimated shipping cost may range from $10 to $150 depending on the location and the weight of the purchase.
Delivery is made between one to two weeks upon receiving the order payment.
**The overseas shipping cost is estimated. The customer may be requested to make additional payment for shipping. Orders will be shipped once payment for shipment has been received. Shipments outside Singapore may be subjected to import charges and taxes that are the responsibility of the buyer. Delivery time frame excludes all pre-ordered items.
*Craft Haven also reserves the right to make changes to the shipping cost without prior notice.
