At Craft Haven we place utmost emphasis on being ethical, trustworthy and of course making you happy.
 
Terms & Conditions:
 
Order Process
  1. All items are sold in Singapore (SGD) dollars.
  2. No cancellation is allowed for all confirmed orders.
  3. Items sold are non-returnable and non-refundable. We guarantee all items that leaves our humble haven to be in a good, workable condition. We would be too ashame to deliver anything defective to you. (If there is a real serious problem, Craft Haven deals with it on a case by case basis.)
  4. Craft Haven reserves the right to reject or accept orders.
  5. Craft Haven will not disclose our customers' details to third parties other than solely for the purpose of processing the order and for delivery.

Payment

  1. Prepayment is necessary for all orders to be processed.
  2. Preferred mode of payment is interbank transfer (local orders) and by Paypal.
  3. There will be no backorders except for pre-ordered items and bulk orders.
 
Prices / Costs
  1. Craft Haven reserves the right to make changes to prices, minimum purchase order (currently minimum order is $20) and shipping cost without prior notice.
 
Shipment / Delivery
  1. All items are shipped from Singapore
  2. Cost of shipments are estimated. Shipments outside Singapore may be subjected to import charges and taxes that are the responsibility of the buyer.
  3. Cost of overseas shipment: You may be requested to pay for additional shipping charges if it exceeds the minimum cost of shipment of SGD$10.
  4. Cost of local delivery: a flat fee of $5 for orders less than $50. Delivery is FREE for orders $50 and above.
  5. Craft Haven will not be liable for any losses or damages of items once it leaves our humble haven.
  6. All items sold are delivered strictly by courier or mail only. No meet ups will be arranged.

Pre-Orders
  1. All pre-ordered items will have to be prepaid. Craft Haven will notify customers of their pre-order status via email. No cancellation or refund of pre-orders are allowed. However, in cases of unsuccessful fulfillment of preordered items due to out of stock situation or discontiuation of product, full payment will be duly refunded.
  2. Occassional sprees have similar terms to pre-ordered items as stated above. Spree items are pre-ordered and has to fulfill the minimum order quantity before the item is ordered. Full payment has to be made before spree items are ordered. Terms for delivery, unsuccesful fulfillment of orders and cancellation are the same as for pre-ordered items.
  3. Time frame for delivery of pre-ordered and spree items will be advised when order is placed. Delivery of these items are expected to take about a month as most items are shipped from overseas (USA, Europe, Australia etc.). So please relax and be patient with our counterparts from these slower-paced countries. We are also as eager as you to receive the goods as fast as possible.   
 
Bulk Orders
  1. All bulk orders have to be ordered via email.
  2. A minimum order of more than 25 pieces (or otherwise stated) of handmade items will be deemed as a bulk order.
  3. Bulk orders for selected scrapbook supplies are also accepted. Minimum order quantity for each item is 6 and minimum total order is SGD$150.
  4. Bulk orders are entitled to discounts determined by Craft Haven.
  5. Customization of bulk orders (of handmade items) are subjected to additional charges.
  6. Payment for bulk orders will be advised via email at the discretion of Craft Haven.
  7. Craft Haven reserves the right to change the terms and conditions stated above for bulk orders.
Wholesale Orders:
  1. Only registered companies with a resale license can request for a wholesale account.
  2. Wholesale prices are available only for items which are not handmade. For orders of handmade items, please see terms for Bulk Orders above.
  3. Minimum quantity of 3 per item. And minimum order of SGD$100 is required.
  4. FREE delivery in Singapore. Overseas delivery will be based according to the weight of the parcel.
  5. There will be backorders when stocks are low in our humble haven.
  6. Wholesale orders can only be made via email.
  7. Payment can be made by credit card via Paypal.

Others
  1. All scrapbook supplies are guaranteed to be in a good and workable condition as when they are delivered to Craft Haven.
  2. Handmade items are made to the best of our ability. We encourage you to order only if you can embrace the beautiful imperfections of handmade crafts.
  3. Gift vouchers are only valid for one time use. Only one voucher can be used per transaction. Gift vouchers are valid for 1 year from the date of issue. Gift vouchers are not exchangeable for cash and are non returnable and refundable.
  4. Actual product may vary slightly from the pictures onsite. Colors may vary between computers as well.  
  5. Customization is only accepted for bulk orders. Papers of various designs are subjected to availability.
  6. Seasonal promotions are subjected to its own sets of terms and conditions apart from those stated above.
  7. Craft Haven reserves the right to change all terms and conditions without prior notice.
